PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY
Our standard order processing time is 1 to 2 business days for all items that are in stock. Most orders that clear payment authorization and are placed before 11:00am U.S. Eastern Time will be processed the same day. Processing times are not calculated into the estimated delivery times.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays. Extra time may be required for larger orders, and orders requiring additional customer information. We apologize but once submitted, your order cannot be modified or cancelled.
Justpointit.com is able to ship merchandise throughout the United States. Depending on your delivery location, different shipping methods will be available. Each ship method has its own regulations and shipping rates.
Shipping costs for orders placed on Justpointit.com are based on the value of the total order. Your shipping total will be displayed during Checkout.
All estimated delivery times are calculated on the day an order leaves our warehouse. They are not based on the order date.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your item arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days for a full refund, minus return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition and packaging. Please note that after 3 business days, all sales are considered final.
